Enhance your viewing, the pond is home to dozens of turtles, some very enormous, so bring your binoculars. Watch the turtle’s sun themselves on the bank or swim by our boardwalk. And…. the home also overlooks the closing holes of the golf course.

The home has 4 master bedroom suites, each with its own bath. The reverse floor plan puts the living space/great room on the top floor, leading to a covered porch for that “forever” view of the sound. There are 3 deck levels facing west and the setting sunset.

The home is located within the Nags Head Golf community. Guests will have access to the Beach Club (pool, snack shop, bar, pickleball court, Olympic size & kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access) as well as discounted golf costs at the golf course. A short walk from the home is the community launch for your kayak, paddleboard, or windsurfing.

This is a great community for walking, bicycle riding, and running – outside the hustle and bustle of the Highway and the Beach Road. Though, you are an painless walk to the shopping mall/grocery stores. Sunset Sanctuary is the ideal spot to relax, OBX style!
