After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and appreciate the vistas of the marina from the open-concept great room and covered deck, or prepare meals using the well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite provides deck access and includes a cavernous private bath with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Surf's Up is located on the first floor - with just three steps to the front door plus a wheelchair ramp, access will be convenient for all.

Shallowbag Bay Club is a cozy boating community located along Roanoke Island's Scarborough Creek. The full-service marina offers fishing charters and boat slips (please contact the Dockmaster in advance to make arrangements if bringing a boat). Be sure to set aside a day to discover Downtown Manteo where you can visit the Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and browse an eclectic array of unique, locally owned stores, galleries and eateries. When you're ready to hit the beach, you'll be just a fast ten-min. drive over the bridge to the Nags Head public accesses with complimentary parking.
