This handsome, oceanfront 1 bedroom condo was refreshed from top to bottom in May of 2023. It is located on the 7th floor of the Sea Watch North Tower and provides gorgeous direct oceanfront vistas. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching seagulls, pelicans, and the occasional dolphin. The ultimate way to start your day.

From the moment you walk in, you will feel casual and care-complimentary. The owners of “Myrtle Beach Seagull Splendor” have spared no expense to make this a memorable and calming stay for you. Totally equipped to accommodate all your needs as well as your amenities. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch in the living room, accommodating up to 4 persons.

You will savor the updated furnishings and decor as well as the completely supplied kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare, bake and prepare whatever your heart desires (coffee maker, blender, etc.). Appreciate the newly installed luxury vinyl plank floor (and no carpet).
