Community pool for the 6-8 homes on the cul de sac. Beach home designed for the family with a sizable open area for dining room, family room, with a nice alcove bar area with constructed in ice machine. 4 car parking on concrete driveway. Barbecue, swing, picnic table for outside entertainment. Spectacular wrap-around porch with solid wooden rocking chairs and plenty of seating. One side screened in, two other sides open but protected with huge overhang roof to protect from the sun. Remodeled with new upstairs windows and french doors leading to a new second level deck with ocean/sound view. Great place to socialize, sun, or just chill.
