First Floor
A private queen bedroom with a dedicated desk, Intelligent TV, and a full bathroom with tub deal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or simply want their own peaceful getaway.

Second Floor
The heart of the home. A primary king bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for gathering, plus a convenient half bathroom for guests.

Third Floor
Four additional bedrooms offering plenty of space for the whole group two queen bedrooms each with their own Intelligent TV, a double full bedroom with two full beds and its own Intelligent TV and en-suite full bathroom, a shared full bathroom, and a dedicated desk area for anyone needing a peaceful workspace.

Outdoor & Extra Conveniences
Beach chairs and beach toys are included so you can head straight to the sand. Back at the home, keep the fun going with a ping pong table ideal for friendly competition between beach sessions.


The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars with the ping-pong table folded or one standard-sized SUV. However, upsized SUVs will not fit. Any additional cars will have to Pay to park on the street. Bikers are welcome.
