2026 COMPLIMENTARY Pool Heat 03/23/2026 - 6/5/2026 and 8/29/2026 - 10/09/2026. Outside these dates, pool heat can be added for an additional fee of $250 (plus tax). Pool opens from 03/28/2026 - 10/23/2026. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.

Ground Level: Two different rec rooms! One with a pool table a full size refrigerator, and one with foosball and a comfortable sitting area w/ TV. Deck access to pool area. Full hall bath. Bedroom w/ a bunk bed and a bedroom w/ 2 twin beds.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
