Please note: Winds can shift the dunes, causing sand to build up on the stairway and block direct beach access, making it unavailable for guest use. The rear pool gate is blocked by the dunes and is inaccessible, so guests will need to exit through the front of the home to reach the beach stairs (if open). If the beach stairs are unavailable, guests can use the East June Street Public Beach Access, just 0.1 miles or a 2-min. walk away.
