The Neighborhood:
The beach access is a 4-min. walk from the home with allowed parking for cars, golf carts, and bicycles. Tennis courts, community pool and gated sound access are available for guest use.

Seasalt is located in the striking town of Duck, NC. From the home, it is just a short walk drive to the sound where you can savor pretty sunsets, as well as a fast 4-min. walk to the beach! You are just a short drive to Duck Village which includes striking shopping, eateries, coffee stores, yoga, and attractions.

★ BOOKING GUIDELINES
We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ POOLS & HOT TUB
The pool and hot tub are available from May 15 to Oct 15 each year.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home; no cameras are on the interior. This home has a RING doorbell camera on the front door of the home recording anyone who enters and exits.
