The reverse floorplan and open-concept layout upstairs take full advantage of the water vistas. The living area is elegantly furnished with coastal accents and plenty of seating. A wet bar is ideal for mixing drinks to appreciate outside on the deck during sunset. All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the mid-level, two of which are ensuites. Brush up on your billiard skills in the game room, which provides direct access to the pool area.
