The reverse floorplan and open-concept layout upstairs take full advantage of the water vistas. The living area is charmingly furnished with coastal accents and plenty of seating. A wet bar is ideal for mixing beverages to appreciate outside on the deck during sunset. All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the mid-level, two of which are ensuites.
