This handsome and calming townhouse beach property is a four story duplex with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and intelligent TVs in each bedroom. Ideal for dog lovers, groups, holidays and extended stays.

Located on Snapper Lane, you'll be just two blocks from beach access, a short 4 mins. walk to feel the sand in your toes. Savor close proximity to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Fort Fischer aquarium and local eateries.

Linens, towels and body wash are supplied with each stay.

We will get you started with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, but if you're staying more than a long weekend you may need to bring or buy some more.


- Level 1 -
The garage has parking for 1 modest/medium car. You'll find a TV for entertainment, as well as access to the garage. Entering from the front door will give you access to the entryway and stairs to the upper levels.

- Level 2 -
There is a King bedroom equipped with a Samsung intelligent TV, private patio, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall you'll find another bedroom with Full-size bunk beds + twin trundle bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a TCL Roku TV.

-This level also has a dog station with feeding bowls, eating mats, doggie blankets, toys and treats for two furry friends.

-The laundry room is located in the hallway and has a full-sized washer and dryer for use during your stay.


- Level 3 -
As you enter the third floor you'll find a kitchen with a gas range, microwave, plenty of cutlery and serve ware, as well as a drip coffee maker.


-The living room has games to appreciate as well as a patio to take some ocean air. The TV does offer Spectrum Cable so that you don't have to miss your favorite shows. A half bath is available for convenience and a queen bed also offers an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

- Level 4 -
This level is accessible by stairs only, and offers a roomy bedroom with a king-sized bed and walk in shower. Unwind on your private patio.


-There is an outdoor shower in the back of the home so you can keep the sand outside :)
