Start your tour with the broad outdoor space, which includes two wraparound decks, ideal for morning coffee with a sunrise view - and a enormous, flagstone patio downstairs next to the pool. Choose a sunny spot or shady chaise for your afternoon nap, then have a dip in the pool, completely remodeled in the spring of 2022. The outdoor dining area features a gas grille and bar seating, ideal for summer cookouts.



Inside, you’ll find tons of space to spread out. The main living area combines the expansive kitchen, living and dining areas. And, with wraparound, floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll savor that ocean view no matter where you are. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything the chef could need to prepare a feast for a crowd, with ample counter space, including a separate island, ample cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers. There’s room for everybody at mealtime between the island barstools and giant window-front table. Mix a beverage at the wet bar in the living room each evening in time for sunset, then relax together with a bit of TV. Pop in a Blu-Ray for a family movie or choose separate shows on any of the seven streaming-capable TVs in the home.



Sleep will come painless in any of the six bedrooms. The primary suite on the main floor offers plenty of privacy, an en suite bath, and direct access to the deck. Downstairs you’ll find the remaining five bedrooms, including a secondary suite and a fun bunk room that the kids will adore. More perks of this gorgeous home include complimentary WiFi, an elevator, and central AC. If you do venture out, you’re around a mile from the stores, eateries, and attractions of the Coligny Plaza area, with golf, mini-golf, nature preserves and more all an simple drive away. Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a 7-day minimum to heat the pool.
