All bedrooms on the second level have outdoor access to a deck and their own wall mounted flat screen tv's. Third level is the elegant kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to deck. This home is just a short two min. walk to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.
