Enter the home on the second level under the covered porch with sound vistas. When you walk inside the home, the modern decor will instantly make you feel casual. The interesting spot on this level is the balcony with a view of the first-level outdoor entertainment area. Guests can choose from among the two King En Suites or 1 Queen En Suite with oceanfront deck access or the 1 King Family En Suite with Twin bed above and balcony access. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool and enjoy the sitting area and flat screen tv in the recreation room. There is a Media Room here where everybody can gather and enjoy a movie nighttime or watch their favorite Netflix series. For convenience, there is also a half bathroom on this level. The elevator accepts painless access to the next two levels.

The fourth level of Stargazer is where most of the gathering will take place. The family can settle into the cozy couch in the living room watching tv and appreciating the electric fireplace. While the chef of the group whips up an extraordinary dinner in the gourmet kitchen, others can visit with him or her at the six bar stool seats. Once dinner is ready, the enormous dining table for 14 will allow everybody to gather together. Or use the Banquette seating area for additional sitting space. Once it is time for after dinner drinks, grab a drink from the bespoke constructed bar which will seat four. Venture outside onto one of the two covered decks (one with ocean vistas). Make sure to get up early to see one of the amazing Outer Banks sunrises! There is a half bathroom on this level for added convenience. Guests will have to draw straws to determine who will get to stay in the Grand King En Suite with fireplace, deck access, a sitting area, and a grandiose bathroom.

Animals: Stargazer is pet-friendly for up to two dogs. No cats or other animals allowed. For a limited time, pet costs are waived at this property!

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No family pets allowed in pools.
