This is a handsome location to host your sizable family vacation. You'll appreciate features such as central heat & air, huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including 3 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and two stoves. The huge island can seat 15 in addition to the dining table that seats 10. A enormous great room with flat screen TV is the ideal place to gather for a family movie on a rainy day. The living room TV and the bedroom TVs are all equipped with YouTubeTV and will let guests access their own streaming services. There is a laundry room on each floor for your convenience. Other features of the home include wireless internet, elevator, ceiling fans, tankless water heater, large sun decks with seating, and private walkway to beach. On the ground level you'll find ample seating, grilles, and a full bar with water & refrigeration adjacent to the in ground pool. The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional charge.

On the main level of the home is a street side bedroom with one King bed. This bedroom has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower right across the hall. There is another street side bedroom with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a handicap shower. Down the hall towards the ocean there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Behind the kitchen there is a bedroom with two sets of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with one King bed each and private bathrooms. These bedrooms have access out to the oceanfront, entirely furnished, covered deck. These bathrooms each have a jetted tub and a shower. Down the hall towards the street there is a bedroom with one Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Across the hall from that there is a bedroom with two King beds and a set of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Street side on this level there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a set of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a handicap shower. The last bedroom is also street side with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bed linens and bath towels are supplied and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning supplied upon checkout. No smoking. No family pets. Accommodates 36.
