The second level has three bedrooms; 1 queen master, and two others that share a bath (1 with a queen and 1 with two bunk beds), as well as a handy laundry room and common access to the additional sizable 10 ft deep deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level is a great spot for FAMILY TIME featuring the great room with enormous flat panel Intelligent TV/Blu-ray and sliders to the additional huge 10 ft deep sun deck.
