The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for family meals and casual gatherings, flowing conveniently into the living and dining spaces. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, there’s plenty of room for up to ten guests to spread out and relax.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a full ensuite and a sitting area with deep seating and striking vistas of the Atlantic.  An additional queen, ensuite guest room is great for couples traveling together.  Bedroom #3 has a queen and bedroom #4 has 2 full beds.  These two guest rooms share a full bath.  There is also a pack and play in the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a sizable multi-level deck and patio with a retractable electronic awning, an outdoor grille, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. An enclosed garage offers dedicated guest storage for beach gear as well as 2, 4-seat golf carts which are supplied, making it simple to discover the island, spot wildlife, and appreciate everything Fripp has to offer.

If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
