Dixie Arrow is located ocean-side with direct boardwalk access to the beach on the peaceful Oceanview Drive. The third floor has a huge great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a enormous, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furnishings and a picnic table. The second floor features a additional room for kids with a foosball table, a new stair tamer, a TV with front side A/V jack, a couch bed, and a second refrigerator/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grille, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-home entry. Come relax and point your vacation to Dixie Arrow.

Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.

The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
