OCEANVIEW Waves - Island Pines Dr. - Located only 4 tons from the ocean, this thoughtfully designed home has three separate entertainment areas, including a game room with 7' pool table and wet bar with refrigerator, a den with couch bed, and a great room with huge screen TV/DVD with surround sound and ocean vistas. Exit the first floor game room and step down to the deck with private swimming pool and a bubbly 6 person hot tub. Appreciate wraparound sundeck and shaded deck for reading. When you're not playing in the waves, you'll appreciate being in PLAYA-N-WAVES.
