Tucked away South of Broad, on one of Charleston's most famed streets, you will find a unique, historic home that has been converted into two apartments with historic touches.

This second-floor apartment provides 2 bedrooms, both with en suite baths, and a powder room for visitors. The antique wood floors, open concept living/dining/kitchen area, and a phenomenal rooftop terrace with city vistas from the Ashley River to the Cooper River are just a few of the things that keep guests coming back.

While this is located in an historic building downtown, it is not your typical Charleston single home, although it is surrounded by them. You will appreciate the big windows, bright open space, soaking tub, and the giant rooftop terrace.

The decor is 'casual Southern'. You enter into the living room, where you will find plenty of comfortable seating, a 65' Samsung Intelligent TV, a desk, and an electric fireplace. On nice afternoons and evenings, you will definitely want to make use of the outdoor living room and dining area (table seats 4) on your very own rooftop terrace.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed finished with better than hotel quality linens, two closets for your clothes, a "laundry closet", and a huge bathroom with a garden tub.

The guest bedroom is on the other side of the apartment and offers a queen-sized bed finished with better than hotel linens, a modest desk and chair, closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

Included with each stay are enough amenities to get you started. For the bath, you will find toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. In the kitchen, you will find coffee and tea, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels, sponge, etc.

Our homes are also equipped with the basics of home that you probably do not feel like packing! Hair dryer, iron, cookware, coffee maker, tea kettle, and better than hotel quality towels and linens.

Please be mindful of the fact that there will be a guest in the lower-level apartment, so no tap dancing please.
