At ground level the front door opens to a brick-tiled entry, and then 6 steps lead up to the cozy living room, which features a couch, loveseat, & 2 side chairs, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a slider door to the deck where multiple lounge chairs invite you to sit and savor the handsome lagoon view.

The adjoining dining area has a table with room for 6, a enormous window offering another view of the peaceful lagoon, and access to the galley kitchen. The kitchen, which may also be accessed from the living room, features all full-sized appliances, a huge pantry cupboard, and a breakfast counter with 2 stools.A short hallway opens to a full bath, a closed alcove with a full-size washer & dryer, and a bedroom with 2 double beds and a huge sunny window.

On the 2nd floor is a very secluded master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a TV, sizable double windows overlooking the lagoon, a cavernous walk-in closet, and a private bath.
