CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time
• Checkout is by 10:00 AM Eastern Time
• Detailed arrival and entry instructions will be supplied 24hrs before check-in

OCCUPANCY AND BOOKING

• The max. occupancy is six registered guests, including kids
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old

PARKING

Free resort parking is available. Guests may unload in front of the building before parking across the street or in the parking garage.

RESORT ACCESS

Teal wristbands are required in shared areas and when using resort amenities. One access card is also supplied for entry to designated areas. Please return all wristbands and the access card to the condo before checkout.

• Missing wristband replacement: $25 each

HELP US PROTECT THE CONDO

• No family pets, per HOA regulations
• No events, events, or unregistered visitors
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Kids must be supervised on the balcony and throughout the resort
• Please follow all posted pool and conveniences rules

SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY PROPERTY

For the comfort of our guests and in accordance with HOA regulations, smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited inside the condo, on the private balcony, and throughout the resort’s common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

Smoking is allowed only in the resort’s designated outdoor smoking area.

Evidence of smoking or vaping in a prohibited area will result in a $250 smoke-remediation charge. Additional costs may apply if professional deep cleaning, odor removal, or treatment of furnishings is required.
