A long paved drive accepts for plenty of parking with an additional two to three spots underneath the home. Here, you'll also find storage space for beach equipment, an outdoor shower, and access to the pool area. The home has an elevator that runs from the carport to the top level. There are three levels of furnished re-done decks, all of which offer excellent vistas in all directions. The hot tub sits on the first-level deck overlooking the pool area.

3's a Charm hosts six primary bedrooms, each bedroom has a intelligent TV. Bedroom number one is on the first level with a TV and access to the first-level deck leading to the pool area. Across the hall is a movie room with a library of DVDs and plenty of seating. Next to that, you'll find a pub-style ping-pong game room with a wet bar, a sink, a full refrigerator, a TV, and sliding doors that lead to the deck.
