Located in the handsome and serene community of Water Oak, guests will feel right at home in this comfortable, freshly-constructed vacation hideaway.

Guests will savor preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a huge island, and quartz countertops. Seamlessly connecting to the dining room adorned with a trey ceiling, this kitchen sets the stage for effortless entertaining. Beyond lies the living area, offering ample space for unwinding, while glass sliding doors beckon you to the rear patio and calming private pool area.

The king en suite offers generous natural light, a generous walk-in closet, and a extravagant bathroom featuring a tile shower and a dual sink vanity. Two more roomy bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The family will appreciate amenities such as the community pier on Kitty Hawk Bay along with simple access to miles of scenery on the multi-use path. Linens are not supplied, but can be rented for an additional fee.

The private pool is open from April 1st-October 15th, 2025. Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week.
