Located in the handsome and serene community of Water Oak, guests will feel right at home in this comfortable, freshly-constructed vacation hideaway!

Guests will savor preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a sizable island, and quartz countertops. Seamlessly connecting to the dining room adorned with a trey ceiling, this kitchen sets the stage for effortless entertaining. Beyond lies the living area, offering a new fireplace to stay cozy during cooler evenings, as well as ample space for unwinding, while glass sliding doors beckon you to the rear patio and calming private pool area.

The king en suite offers ample natural light, a generous walk-in closet, and a extravagant bathroom featuring a tile shower and a dual sink vanity. Two more cavernous bedrooms share a full hall bath.

Linens are not supplied, but can be rented for an additional fee.

The private pool is open from April 1st-October 15th, 2025. Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week.
