Saturday Turn Day This condo is non-smoking and pet-complimentary with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, accommodating 10. This building has an elevator and covered parking for car or boat/jet ski trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it will need to be stored off-site for a fee. When renting you will have access to our community pool, exercise center, community docks (space designated for condo is 30' at Ballast Point Canal #109), athletic courts, and outdoor pavilion. Master bedroom with jetted tub, King bed and door leading to sound-front covered deck with furnishings. 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and 3rd bedroom holds a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top) with pull out twin trundle. Additional Queen sleep couch located in living area.
