THE SPACE
Welcome to a delightfully designed 5-bedroom coastal home made for family gatherings and group getaways.
The home features an inverted floor plan with the main living, kitchen, and dining area located on the second level. This creates a bright open space ideal for cooking, dining, and spending time together.
On the first level, you will find a second living area with a kitchenette and TV. This additional space is ideal for kids, movie nights, or peaceful downtime.
Every bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and intelligent TV, giving every guest their own space to relax.
A hallway half bathroom is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is designed for vacation mode.

POOL HEATING is available (Sept 15-May 15) for $100/nighttime plus taxes & costs (Minimum of 3 nights required). Guests MUST notify Oasis Vacations Reservations
ONE WEEK prior to arrival to schedule this add on. In the event of heavy wind or rain, we can not ensure consistent temperatures.

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway for safety purposes only.

Intelligent TVs are available. Guests may log into personal streaming accounts and should log out at checkout.

HOME RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO FAMILY PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are allowed for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furnishings.
- No unauthorized events or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising kids and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said costs that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
