Close to Mayfaire for shopping, dining, with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods just a fast trip down the street.

* Primary bedroom on the first floor feature ensuite bathroom and queen size bed.

* Primary bedroom on the second floor features ensuite bathroom and a king size bed.

* Third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed.

* Fourth bedroom upstairs has a queen on bottom, twin on top bunk bed.

* Fifth bedroom upstairs has a queen sleeper couch and offers a flex space for watching movies/TV or playing games.



All linens included (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels). Beach chairs available for use.



This is a NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES home.
