Welcome to Flounder Inn, a cavernous oceanfront hideaway located at 127 West First Street in Ocean Isle Beach. This five-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers room for the whole family, gorgeous ocean vistas, and simple access to the beach—plus access to the community pool just 250 feet away.

The home is spread across two levels. On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. One of these rooms includes a TV. Upstairs, the oceanfront bedroom features a king bed, Intelligent TV, and beautiful ocean vistas. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each include two queen beds. All five bedrooms have private bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest.

In the living room, there’s a queen sleeper couch—ideal for additional guests. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for seven at the kitchen bar, making meals together painless and casual.

While this property does not offer cable service, three Intelligent TVs are available for streaming with your own accounts, so you can appreciate your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

Additional amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, an enclosed outdoor shower, central heating and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. Unwind with ocean breezes on the covered main-level porch or soak up the sun on the open second-floor deck.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are included for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*

This is a non-smoking property, and family pets are not allowed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
