TOP LEVEL:
The open floor plan of the Great Room offers a sizable flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and access to a sun deck on the east side of home which can also be accessed from the dining room. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, plus a constructed-in microwave. There is a half bath located by the kitchen. The King Master Suite on this floor has a enormous shower in its master bath.

MID LEVEL:
From the entryway, guests can access three additional bedrooms. At the front of the home is a King Master Suite with a private deck and a master bath featuring a roomy walk-in shower. Another King Master Suite shares access to the mid level rear deck and includes a walk-in shower in its master bath. Completing this level is the Twin Master Bedroom, offering two twin beds, shared access to the mid level rear deck, and a master bath with a shower/tub combination.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Parlor has a kitchenette with a drink center for additional cold drinks so there is room to chill the groceries in the main refrigerator. There is another half bath on this level as well as an outdoor shower near the pool for showering off after beach-going. An outside bar area is planned as a poolside luxury for guests to relax and have access to snacks and beverages. The washer and dryer in located off the Parlor area. The private pool measures roughly 11' x 24' (open mid-May to mid-October). A gas grille is available to prepare simple family meals. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

EXTRAS:
As a guest of the Monteray Shores community, your family will be able to make reservations online to use the community amenities. These amenities are available during business hours and include 2 community piers for modest craft boat launch, fishing or crabbing (NC License is required), a kids's playground, 3 basketball courts, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, adult and kiddie pool (summer only), and a exercise center.
