There is a ping pong table under the home as well as a second refrigerator. This level also includes direct access to the back yard pool area with lounge chairs and other seating as well as a dining table. Clean off from the beach conveniently in the outdoor shower!

From under the home, you can take the elevator or stairs up to the main level. All bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, laundry room and living areas are on this level. Southern Shores Civic Association benefits include private ocean access at all 33 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores. The Hillcrest Drive beach parking area has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site, as well.

Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail includes a kids’s playground, picnic tables, charcoal grille, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a calming sandy beach. This is a great spot to savor the sunset!
