Delightful oceanside wall of sliding glass doors and LVP floor throughout. This home is the ideal sunspot to share with family and friends! The oceanside-covered porch upstairs is marvelous for calming while the enormous partially covered deck downstairs has an additional-huge hot tub that lets you savor sun or shade! After a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, wash it all away in the enclosed outside shower.

The home provides a 3-floor, residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. An EV charger is located in the far-right carport area.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand! Two grilles are supplied, one gas and one charcoal. Your heaven awaits!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Appreciate the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras when unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property. The electric fireplace shown in the photos is not operational and not part of the rental.
