This level includes an ensuite pyramid bunk room with a sleep couch (queen). Step outside under the covered deck to fire up the gas grille and appreciate the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The garage offers additional space for guest use, and there’s an exterior closet for storing beach gear. Parking accommodates 4–5 cars in the driveway. From here, take the private boardwalk to the sound for peaceful mornings or impressive twilight vistas.

The middle level features three inviting bedrooms. One queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twins and the third is a queen ensuite with its own bath and shower. Savor the screened porch on this level, complete with an outdoor table and a comfortable couch for calming on the south side of the home. The laundry area is also conveniently located here.

On the top level, gather in the open-concept great room, where plenty of cozy seating surrounds a sizable flat-screen TV.
