The great room leads out to an broad covered deck that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a counter-height dining table surrounded by armless dining chairs for eight guests. Back inside, the chef in the family will savor the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and enormous island with bar seating. Just off the living area, you'll find the primary king suite that features deck access and a private bath with double vanity.

The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms, all of which offer deck access. In addition to two king ensuites, there's also a fourth king bedroom, bunk bedroom, full hall bath, and laundry area. Downstairs, the ground level rec room includes a billiard table and classy, high-end sleeper couch that provides additional sleeping options for guests. The rec room also features a convenient kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
