Peace and relaxation begin outdoors. Swim a few laps in your 16'x32' private pool and then wind down the bubbly hot tub. Nearby, you'll find a separate kiddie pool for the little ones in the family! When you're done splashing in the pool, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Inside, you'll appreciate the game room which has plenty of comfortable seating around the flat-screen TV along with an air hockey table to get a little family-friendly competition rolling! On the ground level, you will also find a Queen master bedroom with a full bath, as well as a half bathroom off of the game room.

The main entry with a covered porch and entryway is on the second level. Get a good nighttime's rest in one of four bedrooms located on this floor, including a King master bedroom with its own private bathroom. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bed. A bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed is ideal for the kids and is located beside the twin bedroom. The last bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed and guests that sleep in this room can also savor the deck access. A full bathroom and laundry area can also be found on this floor. Step outside and appreciate some family time on the covered deck with a cozy lounge area.

Upstairs, the heart of this home is the bright and cheery great room with vaulted ceilings. There are plenty of cozy furnishings including two upsized chairs and a cavernous l-shaped couch all centered around a flat-screen TV—ideal for watching your favorite movie or TV show if the weather keeps you inside. The fifth and final bedroom is located just down the hallway on this floor—a King Master with its own private bathroom. Head back to the living area and step outside onto the sun deck and soak in the ocean breeze. You'll also find two gas grilles located on the deck – ideal for grilling up your catch of the day! Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is entirely supplied with everything you need to whip up a culinary delight. When it's time to eat, there's plenty of seating for your group at the table in the dining area. If you need additional seating, there are three additional modern bar stools at the close by kitchen island. Also located on this top level is a captain's watch with a modest table - ideal for a family-friendly card or board game, and a convenient half bath.
