Located on a private corner of this level's deck is a 6-person hot tub. Continuing upstairs, you'll find a roomy great room surrounded by glass and dressed lightly in vibrant colors with gourmet-equipped kitchen. The 55” 4KHDTV intelligent home theater system with surround sound bar and DVD will keep you entertained. From two levels of decks and a rooftop perch, you'll be SEA-N-BLUE - water, that is. Both ocean breakers and soundside ripples are visible from the top floor. Be sure to catch the spectacular sunsets over the sound.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts.
