This freshly constructed "Shorebreak" home is a classy beach home located in the heart of Nags Head, steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach.

This 4 bedroom beach home has ample space to relax. Appreciate your morning coffee on the decks. Parlor by the pool or soak in the hot tub. The backyard is completely fenced in.

Your own private hot tub is open year-round to soak in, and the private pool is available and heated April 1 - November 1 (longer if weather permits).

Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.

Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
