This freshly constructed and modren beach home is located in the heart of Nags Head steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach.

This 4 bedroom beach home has ample space to relax. Appreciate your morning coffee on the decks. Parlor by the pool or soak in the hot tub. The backyard is entirely fenced in.

Your own private hot tub is open year round to soak in and the private pool is available and heated April 1 - November 1.

Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.

Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

- 2 sets of double bunk beds (twin over twin)

- Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably

- 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has a mini refrigerator and microwave.
