Appreciate the best of beach living in this newly refreshed home in the heart of the Outer Banks, just a short walk from the ocean in Kitty Hawk. This roomy and well-equipped Beach home has everything you need for an marvelous hideaway. The Ocean vistas from the top-level living area are simply spectacular! Kick back on the cavernous decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

Animals Accepted!

1st floor:

- Bunk bedroom. Twin trundle over Full Bunk bed, Intelligent TV and Jack & Jill en suite bathroom

2nd floor:
- Open floor plan kitchen with breakfast bar and access to Deck
- Livingroom with tons of natural light, a sizable intelligent TV & Deck access
- Dining area that comfortably seats up to 10 people
- King Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Intelligent TV and Deck access!
- Half bathroom (powder room)

2.5 floor:
- Loft with sitting area

Outdoor spaces:
- DECKS with tons of seating, so much outdoor space!
Ground floor:
- Private inground pool - Open from April 7 to October 12.
- Hot Tub - Open all year :)
- Outdoor shower
- Propane grille
- Outdoor dining Area


Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- All Beds will be made prior to arrival.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea & bath soaps

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, beach gear (chairs, trolly, etc) and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

Guest access:
4 parking spots in driveway (3-4 Carport)
Street parking allowed on side streets

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer COMPLIMENTARY 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

2026: Pool is available ~April 7 to ~ Oct dependent on weather. If you're staying in either month please message us to confirm availability.

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, included there are no issues.
