This roomy and well-equipped Beach home has everything you need for an magnificant hideaway. The Ocean vistas from the top-level living area are simply gorgeous! Kick back on the cavernous decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

1st floor:

2nd floor:
- Open floor plan kitchen with breakfast bar and access to Deck
- Livingroom with tons of natural light, a enormous intelligent TV & Deck access
- Dining area that comfortably seats up to 10 people
- King Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Intelligent TV and Deck access!
- Half bathroom (powder room)

2.5 floor:
- Loft with sitting area

- DECKS with tons of seating, so much outdoor space!
Ground floor:
- Private inground pool - Open from April 7 to October 12.
- Hot Tub - Open all year :)

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- All Beds will be made prior to arrival.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea & bath soaps

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, beach gear (chairs, trolly, etc) and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

Guest access:
4 parking spots in driveway (3-4 Carport)
Street parking allowed on side streets

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer COMPLIMENTARY 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

2026: Pool is available ~April 7 to ~ Oct dependent on weather. If you're staying in either month please message us to confirm availability.

Must be 25+ to book.
When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-event to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be included by the property co-host. You may receive an e-mail to complete your screening.

Absolutely no roof access allowed outside of the deck areas. Immediate eviction with no refunds if you are found to violate this!
