Located on a peaceful street off the boulevard, this five-bedroom, three full bath, and two half bath home is ideal for sizable gatherings. The open floor plan features a roomy great room and a well-equipped kitchen, including two fridges for additional storage—no need for multiple grocery trips!

Step outside to savor the private pool or relax on the porches while taking in the beautiful water vistas. Beach access is conveniently located between 1017 OBW and 1019 OBW.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 90°F but can only maintain a temperature 15–25°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55°F and are not available June–August. Please call for details.
