Located on the top level is a Great Room with a cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV, dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and the freshly modernized kitchen. A King Master Suite with private deck access, shower and soaking tub. Guests have access to the top sun deck with picnic table. There is a half bath on this floor. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has two master suites: one King and one Queen plus a bedroom with 2 Twin beds that a hall bath (shower/tub combo). All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the home. This level also has a sitting area with deck access.

GROUND LEVEL:
There is one bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets and a enormous bathroom with shower/tub combo. The laundry area is close by and there is exterior access to the outside pool (16' x 36') and a hot tub. There is also a sizable Parlor area with a mini-refrigerator as a great place to relax while being close to the outside pool patio. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.

On the west side of the neighborhood, across Duck Road, there are community amenities available which include a pool and tennis courts that also have lines for playing pickleball.
