The sun filled living room greets you upon entry. The enormous great room is ideal for entertaining and family nights gathered together. The upsized kitchen island is the center of the home, surrounded by top-of-the-line appliances, and flowing seamlessly to the dining space and through the sliding glass doors to the pretty screened in porch. This is where you will spend most of your time, outdoor living at it’s finest!

On the main level you'll find a private office space/den, with a constructed in desk and a sleeper couch. This room has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a double vanity, sizable soaker tub and an upsized walk in shower.

The second level has four bedrooms. The first is a modest bunk room with four twin-size constructed-in bunk beds. Each bunk has its own light and charging station. The bunk room will share a bathroom with the neighboring king bedroom. The next three bedrooms on this level have king beds and private bathrooms with huge walk in showers.

Next to the home runs the beach path leading down to the white sand beaches! Within mins. your toes are in the sand, your beach chair can be set up and it’s time to relax!
