Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a modest ice chest / freezer (sizable enough for a few bags of ice). Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access. The hot tub sits on this enormous mid level deck.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
