The first level of the home opens to a huge game room with a pool table, card table, stereo, and sitting area with a TV and DVD. Challenge friends and family to a pool tournament or to a nighttime of card games. While you wait for your turn, grab a cold drink from the full-sized refrigerator or a snack at the wet bar with and a sink. Laundry and a full bath are on this floor. Let the kids take this level’s bedroom, a queen bedroom that shares the game room bath. Deck access to the outside on this level makes going to the ocean easier then ever.

Make travel between floors simple with the elevator. The second level of the home has three bedrooms. Two king master bedrooms face the ocean and offer striking sunrise vistas. Both master bedrooms have deck access and private attached baths, one with a handicap-friendly bath and TVs.
