The pool is right beside the grass-covered volleyball court. Bring your own ball and serve up a great time for your family at the volleyball court or the basketball goal! The hot tub is located on the top deck over the private pool for stargazing or just watching the rest of the family poolside or playing volleyball.

The screened porch adds another gathering or dining area day or nighttime. Bedrooms offer quality linens and the ground-level den/theater room is a cool respite from the heat for streaming movies and games or hanging out. Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation units include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
