Las Brisas is located on the fairway within The Currituck Club in Corolla. The property features a 16' x 32' private pool enclosed in a fenced area with a locking gate, as well as a private hot tub. Guests can savor all the amenities of The Currituck Club, which includes access to community pools, tennis courts, and trolley service to the beach during the summer months.

The home features a screened porch, a poolside loggia complete with a wet bar and grille, and three Master Suites. Entertainment options abound with many electronics, including TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi, outdoor speakers, and a gas fireplace (available in off-season only.) The recreational room includes a pool table and Foosball, an iPod dock, a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator, a multi-port ceramic shower, a den with a sleeper couch, a pack-n-play, a high chair, an enclosed outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

This roomy and charming home provides everything you could want for the ideal vacation. Host gatherings with family and friends in the well-equipped rec room, relax in the hot tub, appreciate your own private pool, discover broad illuminated trails, and observe local wildlife. With so many amenities, this impressive home will make you want to return time and time again.
