The Space:

Welcome to Don't Blink! You will appreciate this extraordinary Pine Island home that shines with attention to detail and coastal appeal. On the main level, there is a entirely supplied kitchen where the chef of your family can whip up amazing meals to be adored together around the dining table. The great room is flooded with Carolina sunshine and a great spot for a book or movie. Up a few steps there is a loft that has a pullout queen couch for some additional sleeping space. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.



Downstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms: three on the mid level and the final bedroom on the ground level. There is a king bedroom with a private ensuite bath, 2 queen bedrooms (one with an ensuite bath) and a bunk bedroom that offers a queen bed and a twin. Its a variety of options that can suit families and friends of all ages!



Outside is where the fun begins. There is a handsome private pool area, ideal for a fast dip or suntanning without ever leaving the property. The hot tub is a great way to completely relax before turning in for the nighttime. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortable sand complimentary for your stay, and there's parking for up to 5 standard cars.



The home is located in the beautiful and exclusive Pine Island community. Pine Island features a range of amenities including tennis, basketball, kids's playground and bicycle trails with private roads. Two community pools are available, including a beach club with oceanside pool, bath home, infant pool and organized kids's activities. Both pool areas offer access to the beach, bathrooms, showers, picnic tables, umbrellas and refreshments. They are available as a comfort stop and beach access for early arrivals while waiting for your home to be available. For a modest fee, guests can appreciate a week-long membership to the Pine Island Tennis and Exercise Center where lessons are also available.

*Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.*



*Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation*



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are included at no additional charge.
