This Sunset Bay home is located in the heart of the sought-after Bay Drive area of Kill Devil Hills, where a spectacular bicycle and walking trail stretches for miles along Kitty Hawk Bay. However you choose to spend your day, be sure to take time on a porch or by the pool to appreciate the beautiful sunsets over the water. This is an experience best appreciated in person.

This three-story home is ideal for multi-generational families. An elevator makes it simple to move bags and groceries while reducing the need to climb stairs. Each level offers its own unique space, ensuring everybody can find their ideal place to relax.

The third level features an broad King En Suite with a fireplace and enormous screen TV. Savor a soak in the upsized tub or a cavernous shower designed for two. Afterward, relax in one of the recliners and savor some peaceful time. This level also includes a sitting area with another huge flat screen TV and a full coffee station. A six-person high-top table makes it ideal for board games or cards.

On the second level, you will find a roomy granite kitchen equipped with cookware, dining ware, and a gas stove. The adjacent dining area includes a table for six and bar seating for five. This level also hosts three En Suite bedrooms, two kings and one queen, each with a private full bath. Step outside to the striking tiled, climate-controlled sunset porch where you can relax in comfort while taking in the bay vistas. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.

The first level is designed for fun and activity. It includes a pool table, tabletop multi-cade, and a gym with an adjoining sauna. There is also an additional living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, ice maker, and full refrigerator. An upsized bedroom on this level features a king bed and a duo bunk. A full handicap-accessible bathroom is also located here. Step outside to a huge screened porch with seating for ten and an outdoor shower. The backyard features a concrete pool with a constructed-in waterfall hot tub and a close by fire pit. A private pier and dock with seating and a fishing area are accessible from the pool area. The entirely grassed and irrigated yard is ideal for picnics and cornhole while appreciating memorable sunsets.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
