The third level features an broad King En Suite with a fireplace and huge screen TV. Savor a soak in the upsized tub or a cavernous shower designed for two. Afterward, relax in one of the recliners and appreciate some peaceful time. This level also includes a sitting area with another huge flat screen TV and a full mini bar. A six-person high-top table makes it ideal for board games or cards.

On the second level, you will find a roomy granite kitchen equipped with cookware, dining ware, and a gas stove. The adjacent dining area includes a table for six and bar seating for five. This level also hosts three En Suite bedrooms, two kings and one queen, each with a private full bath. The backyard features a concrete pool with a constructed-in waterfall hot tub and a close by fire pit. A private pier and dock with seating and a fishing area are accessible from the pool area. **Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
