☆ One flight of outdoor stairs is required to reach the main level. Two bedrooms are upstairs.

POOL HEAT POLICY
☆ Pool heat is supplied at no additional cost when air temperatures are consistently above 55°F (typically March or April through October or November).
☆ Pool heat and swim comfort are weather-dependent, and refunds are not issued due to weather.

The Emerald Owl House is close to many Emerald Isle favorites. You can walk to the beach access, mini-golf, the water park, groceries, stores, and dining. If you want to discover more of the island, it is an simple drive from the home. Golf cart units are available from local providers who can deliver to the home.
