Welcome to the Cotsmur: This low-country style home offers a cavernous front porch and wrap-around decks on both levels. Cathedral ceilings in the great room offer an open living on the first level, accompanied by the kitchen, dining area, and two master suites. On the top level, the two twin bedrooms share a bath and have a look out for a great place to read a book and get away.

Ships Watch amenities include simple walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as gorgeous sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries, and eateries.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the sea. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum.
