*This unit is located on the 16th floor.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorbikes, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*No grilles on property.
*Washer/dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap included.
*Two parking passes included in unit. No additional passes will be supplied.
*Drip coffee maker supplied in unit.
*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*The family fun zone water park area is not supplied with the rental. Water Park Zone and lazy river are only for owners and units through the front desk.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
