Self check-in via the intelligent lock on the front door. Step into an open floor plan kitchen and dining room, with a garage, deck, and laundry room outside. This home has three bedrooms with four enormous beds:

Appreciate an evening by the firepit in the backyard, in the hot tub, or relax on the humongous couch that seats five.

I live in town and I am available as much or as little as needed.

This home is 12 mins. from the airport, 15 mins. to downtown Charleston and King Street, and 25 mins. to Folly Beach and Sullivan’s Beach - right in the middle of it all.

The home is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood in West Ashley, a vibrant district of Charleston located west of the Ashley River and north of the Stono River. The neighborhood streets and close by West Ashley Greenway path are ideal for evening strolls.

There are numerous eateries within walking distance (including a Dunkin Donuts and pizza).

West Ashley`s fashionable attractions include Middleton Place, Magnolia Plantation, and Charles Towne Landing.

There is ample complimentary parking on the property and cars may park at the curb in the yard as well. This is a good place to bicycle with access to the West Ashley Greenway and West Ashley Bikeway.

There are limited public transportation options so driving in your own car or rideshare such as Uber or Lyft are best.
