Our location is conveniently within a short walking distance (1000 feet) from the public beach access walkway, and just a stone's throw away from the Froggy Dog restaurant. In addition, we are just a short walk from coffee stores, ice cream parlors, and more. For water sports enthusiasts, a boat launch is conveniently located just 50 yards away! Just a few feet from the home, a long sidewalk extends from one end of Avon to the other, leading to eateries and additional stores

Savor pretty sunset vistas of the sound from the furnished decks, or take advantage of our amenities, including high-speed internet, a sizable flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a curated collection of games and books.

Additionally, appreciate the convenience of COMPLIMENTARY WIFI, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a washer/dryer.

Bed sheets and bath towels are supplied with your stay. Please bring separate beach towels.

We provide a starter pack with one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, a couple of laundry pods, a couple of dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

A couple of old bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, and a kayak are available for our guests to use.

The property features a charcoal grille in the backyard.
